Biography: 

          One of Ashley's first auditions was with Al Pacino, but didn't win the role.  She caught attention as Gigolo Jane in the feature film "AI: Artificial Intelligence."  In 2001, she broke into TV as Asha Barlowe in the second season of FOX hit sci-fi show "Dark Angel."  The "Dark Angel" people liked her enough to try to revise the character to fit Ashley's personality.  They also upgraded her from a guest star to a cast member.  Unfortunately, fans didn't respond as well to Asha.
          In early 2002, she left "Dark Angel," for the WB series "Birds of Prey."  Ashley was cast as Helena Kyle aka the Huntress, the daughter of Batman and Catwoman.  She studied Tai Kwan Do and gymnastics with a trainer in preparation for the role.  Unfortunately for Ashley, her second television show was cancelled in the middle of its first season.
